Paul Kelly - Seventy

The first words you hear on Paul Kelly’s new album Seventy, are, ‘Tell us a story.’ The last words you hear are, ‘Put another big log on the fire.’ Yes, we’re back in the kellyverse of love, loss, legend, wit, poetry and tales tall and true. In the room with his band and ‘the ones he loves the best’, passing the stories and jokes around, going all around the world while the storm howls outside the door and above the roof all snug and tight. Where else would you rather be?
